1. Overview

This website is operated by an independent artist. It offers original artworks for sale, accepts custom commissions, and provides updates on exhibitions, workshops, and other art-related events. The Site may also offer limited edition prints and artistic services in the future.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to make purchases through this Site.

3. Products & Services

We offer:

All products are described as accurately as possible. Due to screen differences, slight color variation may occur.

4. Certificate of Authenticity

All original artworks purchased directly through this website are accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity. This document includes the title, medium, dimensions, date of completion, and the artist’s signature, verifying the work as an original creation by Daria Startseva.

5. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in [CHF / EUR / USD] and do not include shipping unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via Squarespace’s integrated payment systems (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

6. Orders & Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping of original artworks. Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties:
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns on original artworks or custom commissions, unless the item arrives damaged.

In case of damage:
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photo evidence. If approved, a refund or replacement (if applicable) will be arranged.

For prints or workshop registrations, a separate return policy will be provided at the time of purchase.

8. Commissions

Commissioned works are custom and final. Commissioned artworks require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before shipping. The artist will provide preview photos of the finished work for approval. All commission details (timeline, size, subject, style) are agreed in an “Art Commission Agreement“ upon before production begins.

9. Workshops & Events

Dates, fees, and cancellation policies for workshops and art events will be clearly stated per offering. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events with appropriate notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, designs, and content on this Site are the intellectual property of [Your Name] and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
