Thank you for your interest in my artwork. Below you’ll find important information about shipping, delivery, and returns for original pieces purchased through this website.

Shipping Origin

All artworks are shipped from Zurich, Switzerland via Swiss Post or selected international couriers, depending on the destination and size of the artwork.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after full payment is received.

  • Commissioned artworks may require additional time and will be scheduled individually.

Shipping Destinations

I offer worldwide shipping. If your country is not listed at checkout, please get in touch via the Contact Form.

Packaging

  • Artworks are carefully packed using acid-free materials, hardboard or protective boxes depending on size and fragility.

  • I take great care to ensure safe delivery, but in the rare case of shipping damage, see the Returns section below.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Switzerland: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days (may vary by region)

Tracking details will be provided once the package has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase or shipping cost.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on artwork size, weight, and destination. Final shipping fees will be shown at checkout or confirmed via email for special arrangements.

Returns & Damages

All original artworks are final sale and non-returnable, as each piece is one-of-a-kind.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me via email you have became with the order or via the Contact Form within 5 days of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damaged artwork and packaging

  • Your order number and full name

I will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a refund or replacement (when possible).
