The Scarlet Ibis series centers on a solitary, vividly colored presence set within quiet, cool-toned landscapes. Against restrained, abstracted forest structures, the intense red of the ibis becomes a visual tension — neither fully embedded nor displaced. The figure appears alert yet self-contained, inhabiting a state of pause between stillness and movement. Rather than narrating a specific scene, the works dwell in conditions of presence, distance, and attention. Color functions not as decoration, but as a carrier of visibility — a pulse that holds its ground within an otherwise muted environment. The series explores moments of suspension and transition, where individuality is not asserted through action, but through quiet persistence.

"Centers of Gravity" is an ongoing series exploring balance, focus and inner coordinates. The works are built from warm–cold relationships: earth pigments such as ochre, sienna and ivory interact with cool Mediterranean blues and ultramarine layers. These color fields respond to one another, generating subtle tension, movement and a quiet sense of architectural rhythm. The compositions are not accidental; they emerge from a deliberate structure of large planes, directional forces and breathing spaces. A recurring element is the dark core — a small, dense point that acts as a gravitational center within each painting. It interrupts the harmony without destabilizing it, grounding the image and giving it an inner axis. Through this interplay of contrast and calm, each work becomes a visual meditation: an exploration of presence, color and the delicate balance between freedom and control. The series seeks a contemporary clarity — abstract yet intimate, vibrant yet still, open yet anchored.

From a vantage point high above, the world reveals patterns and rhythms unseen from the ground. Distance allows observation, a shift in perspective where the ordinary becomes extraordinary, and the everyday turns into a silent choreography. Figures, spaces, and light dissolve into abstract compositions — a serene yet dynamic exploration of movement, perception, and the beauty of seeing differently.

An invitation to pause, to sense the quiet beauty that hovers between stillness and flight. “Equus” Paintings
The Equus ongoing Series is a tribute to raw power, presence, and unrestrained movement. In these works, the strength force of bulls encounters the untamed elegance of horses in motion. Expressive movement reveal the tension between strength and grace, tradition and freedom — a timeless reflection of dynamic energy and inner wildness.
